Important Eligibility Information
Home-based ketamine treatment can be deeply healing for many people, but it’s not safe or suitable for everyone. Some medical and psychiatric conditions can increase risks or require a higher level of care than our clinic is designed to provide.
For your safety, individuals with certain conditions are not eligible for treatment through this program. Please take a moment to read the information below carefully before signing up.
If any of these conditions apply to you, you will not be approved for treatment, and refunds cannot be issued once the registration and screening process has begun.
